To protect the interests of creditors, bank depositors, and receivers of financial services, and to reduce the risks of the financial system, the Law amends the Civil Code, the Code of Economic Procedure, the Criminal Code, and the Housing Code, as well as the Laws "On Banks and Banking", "On Mortgage", "On Renewal of Debtor´s Solvency or declaring its Bankruptcy", and "On Support of Creditor´s Demands and Registration of Encumbrances." The Law also invalidates the Law "On Moratorium on Forced Sale of State Property."
